The first meeting of the project team implementing the project “GreenWorks” is held. On that occasion, the partnership agreements have been signed between the Centre for Development and Support from Tuzla, Network for Rural Development in BiH from Istočno Sarajevo and Centre for economic and rural development CERD from Laktaši.

Three-year project shall be implemented in BiH with emphasis on Tuzla Canton and wider region of Banja Luka. The main activities would include a series of trainings for the representatives of civil society organisations including capacity building of CSOs in terms of their sustainability, as well as on climate changes and environment protection, with specific topics addressing „green“ solutions in land and air protection, awarding of grants for civil society organisations, development of study, awareness campaign, etc.

The project is funded by the European Union within the Civil Society Facility and Media action for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2019 – Support to existing and newly established CSOs networks in various areas.
