CRP produced and commissioned another photovoltaic system
On Thursday, 12.10.2017 ceremonial handover and symbolic commissioning of the photovoltaic system for electricity production was done for the needs of the student pavilion at the International BURCH university in Ilidža. Photovoltaic system was set in motion by his excellency Jakub Skalnik – the ambassador of the Czech Republic in BiH. Present students, professors and media representatives were addressed by:
o             his excellency Jakub Skalnik – the ambassadors of the Czech Republic in BiH;
o             prof. dr. Damir Marjanović – chancellor of the BURCH university;
o             Amir Zahirović – project manager in the Centre of Development and Support CRP Tuzla;
o             prof. dr. Sanela Klarić – vice-chancellor for international cooperation and science-research work of the BURCH university and president of the association Green Council;
o             Almin Hasandić – student at the BURCH university.
All speakers expressed their satisfaction and emphasised that combination of knowledge and practical work gives new values to our society.
„This is a continuation of the successful cooperation between CRP and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in BiH. Photovoltaic system was produced within the training for students of the BURCH university implemented by the Centre for Development and Support from Tuzla in partnership with Green Council within the project “Practical training for production and use of photovoltaic system for electricity production at the international BURCH university in Sarajevo”. The project was funded by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in BiH with the amount of 19.357,48 KM, and co-funded by the BURCH university in Sarajevo with the amount of about 8.000,00 KM.„ – said Amir Zahirović, project coordinator.
His excellency Jakub Skalnik – the ambassador of the Czech Republic in BiH said that the projects of this type are very useful for the community and the embassy is happy to be able to support such initiatives. The embassy shall fund similar projects in future, and renewable energy sources and innovative approaches to energy production are the potential that Bosnia and Herzegovina needs to use.
The training was managed and delivered by Ismet Salihović – manager of the department for renewable energy sources in CRP, who practically demonstrated to the participants what the students produced during the training under his guidance and supervision.
